A transaction of rs. 5000 was done on 04.01.18 at 16:49 hrs. The money got deducted from wallet but could not credit in bank account. The transaction is still showing pending. I have tried every way to contact customer care. I even emailed at [protected]@paytm.com but no fruitfull reply came. Also no mobile or phone number is allowing to register complaint. Help with how it can be refunded and how much time it will take.
