Paytm Mobile Solutions — issue regarding paytm wallet

On 11/11/2017 at 5:30pm i added 459rs to my paytm wallet.

Cash was deducted by my bank but still cash is not added in my paytm wallet.

My transection id is [protected].

My order id is - br0000ifawwm622933

I also attached all the screenshots.

I called 4 times to customer care but they didn't receive my call.

Solve this problem as soon as possible.
