Paytm Mobile Solutions — Issue regarding refund | |||||
Hi, I have made a payment in 1st of April to transfer money paytm to bank unfortunately payment was not successful from paytm side and till the time showing pending i have confirmed from bank they told bank did not receive any payment and they do not have any payment failed information. I got a call from paytm side and they told payment will refund within 7 days. Now i think paytm 7 day's mean 7 months. Paytm is providing totaly worst service to customer.
