Paytm Mobile Solutions — issue with available balance and unfortunate behaviour from paytm representative | |
My mobile no: [protected] Name: smritimoy pramanik Today (20/09/2017) morning at 11:25 am i had recharged my paytm account (Transaction id: [protected]) and the available balance was rs. 833.07. After that i had paid rs 99.52 + rs 103.47 + rs 84.84. Hence total avaible balance in my account should be rs 545.24 (833.07- (99.52+103.47+84.84). However it is very unfortunate that my available balance in my account is rs 280.08. Please resolve this issue asap. I had a call from paytm representative (Abhisek sharma [protected]) after the above complain. He asked me to provide my card number, which i refuse to give on security purpose. He threatened me to block my account and the conversation was extremely rude. Very unfortunate from paytm side. Once you know my transaction detail you should figured out your mistake and refund the balance amount in the source account. Why one need card number??? Unfortunate. Was this information helpful? | |
