[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — Issue with wallet balance | |||||
I have transferred (+91-[protected]) rs. 5000 on[protected] to this number (+91-[protected]) but money was deducted from mr. Ashok gupta wallet and not even transferred to +91-[protected]. I would like to know where is the money and why it has not been transferred to any account and ever customer care executives are not able to solve this issue. I would like to highlight that if anything is not being done on this matter then i will take legal action against paytm. This is to let you know that this has been raised so many times but we get same response that money has been transferred to your account. If money has been transferred then can you show us the proof. I'm paytm Holder and kyc partner but my is 16 per kyc.in send my paytm wallet I have also take in pan number then my commission is 18 rupee but send me 16 rupee why please solved this problem
