Ordered two items on dec16th.
One item was delivered but i got the bill for the two items.
I have notified the paytm support team about the issue.
I got a mail about the sellers issue and they will take a strong action against the sellers.
In the same reply and other 5 complaints i raised, they haven't mentioned anything about the refund or cashback to me.
If the item was undelivered and cash is already is paid, isnt it the common practice to refund the money. Was this information helpful? |
