Dear sir, Maine ek [protected] se kissan jam 700ml bottol paytm me order kia, delivery date 6th oct2018, lekin maine ye bottol broken condition me received kia, maine abhi tak usi tara box me rakha hua hai, mera no -[protected]. Maine usi din broken bottol ka photo deke complain kia, order no-[protected], pay tm ne ek ticket issue kia no hai[protected] lekin 15 days baad bhi no replace no return, call centre number koi uthata nahi hai, maine kafi baar try kia, abhi dekh raha hoon ki oh complain details jis side pay (24×7 pay tm) submit kia tha o side me abhi sab delete kia hua hai, koi mera help jar sakte hai, please help me. I ordered a face toner and instead got a face wash... Invoice also says that I have ordered a face toner ..but the product I got is not what I hve ordered
