Paytm Mobile Solutions — kyc not done despite request

I am not unable to use paytm's services as i have not linked my aadhaar number with paytm. Therefore, i initiated the process quite some time ago, and requested for the kyc to be done.

However, it has still not been done. I receive phone calls saying their executive will visit my home to verify my aadhaar card and pan card and take my biometric information, but nobody shows up.

This has caused me great inconvenience as i am unable to pay or receive any money via paytm.

iswariya r suresh's response I have recharged Rs 198 Bsnl by paytm 5/3/18 morning by cerdit card net banking I got the transaction message from bank. But now i don't got the the data i have rechrged. I have checked my Atm from my account cash has cerdited. I want a solution for my recharge or my cerdited cash

Paytm customer service is worst. Their number is never get connected. YOU CANNOT REACH CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT. THEY MADE THIS SYSTEM IN SUCH A WAY SO THAT ONONE CAN SPEAK TO CUSTOMER CARE PERSON. my number is [protected]

Hi I transact 1300 rupees through paytm amount deducted in my wallet on 1st March 10:47 am still not credited in bank account today is 6th March when I was calling to tollfree they are disconnecting my call my contact [protected]

I made payment of Rs-349 from my paytm registered mobile no.([protected])
on 6th march 2018 for jio.bt i didnt received any recharge and amount was deducted.as this payment was not even received by jio telecom.so please solve this issue.even i tried to contact your customer service point i didnt received any satisfactory answer.
