Paytm Mobile Solutions — kyc updation issue in paytm

Hi paytm team,
I have to update my paytm account with kyc.
So i gave my documents to a paytm employee who is working on the kyc updation. I gave him all the documents still he didn't complete my kyc yet his name is subhodh biswas and his

Can you please check and let me know where is the issue?

Error is occuring for booking tickets...it is selecting the seats its unable to book it while confirming...at the same type for applying promocode also its showing the same kind of error ...help me to bring out of this as soon as
possible...make sure it is solved by tomorrow please...its an emergency...
