Team, My late fee was not waived as promised by the collection agents, i have received calls from paytm postpaid agents stating kindly repay with 4500/- and your account will be closed within 48 hours, same agents has mentioned on whatsapp also i have paid 4500/- on 17 may, i was offered to settle the payment 4500/- so paid payment online to paytm app, collection guys said pay the amount late fee of 730 approx will get waived, still i have received sms and call for due amount, also bad behavior by collection agents on call, they doesnt know how to speak with corporate customer, why they have given me false commitment, i will lodge the complain to the ministry of india about your way that you are dealing with customer and given personal data to your collection team with false statement, you guys are harrasing the customers with their personal data. Kindly take the necessory action to your collection agency and check the call recording for 17 may, please refer the attach snap shot, kindly resolve this metter, i will file petition about very poor service by paytm and bad customer service and playing with customer' mind with their personal data.
