Paytm Mobile Solutions — Loan Disbursement

I applied for the Paytm personal loan on 6 july abut it's been almost 6 days and still, the loan amount is not credited to my bank account. I raised ticket through a personal loan 24x7 help channel from the app but that chat does not work for me, I tried that too but still my issue is not resolved.
