Paytm Mobile Solutions — Lost 29995 from my bank by paytm customer care person

I called the customere care person for cancelling my mobile recharge of 147, who misused my credentials and hacked 29995 rs from my bank account on 27/3/2017. I mailed to [protected]@paytm.com. They closed the ticket mentioning - "Unfortunately, the services against your lost amount has already been availed. Therefore, the amount cannot be refunded."

I am a retired senior citizen who is new to this digital processing. All the money in my account has been withdrawn leaving just 1000. Please help me how to recover my money from this fraud transaction.
