Paytm Mobile Solutions — Lost my momey

I have added money from my card to my paytm account...i have checked my account balance before adding money, this happened fours days ago...money has been deducted from my account but at the same time my paytm wallet is not increased...i am not able to use my own penny and even there's no perfect garranty ( assurance message that your money is safe )...please check it out soon
