Paytm Mobile Solutions — Made payment to Wallet. Theyre not completing kyc | |||
I was to make a payment through Paytm. They took the money from my Credit Card. Then said I have to upgrade my account to use kyc. For KYC video services, they were unavailable. Option for future appointments not available. Nor can I complete KYC, or use the money they have already taken from me. There’s no option for refund. How do I get my money back if I can’t use it ?
