Paytm Mobile Solutions — merchant account money transfer issue

My merchant account number is [protected], money has to get transfer directly to bank account, but still i do not get that money, two transactions were not cleared i. E on 22nd (20000) and 24th (12800), today date is 30-03-18, i'm calling daily to customer care, they are not solving my issue, they are not even able to explain the problem occurred, i do not know why paytm is hiring illiterates in bpo, shame on them, i got all the recordings which i spoke to paytm customer care. Uncleared transactions id are
1) qr9dd8a0221f8950b4 on 22-03-18
2) qrc94f0543cae358d8 on 25-03-18,

Refund not credited
I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, Then I cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now.
