Paytm Mobile Solutions — merchant payment not transferred to bank account | |||
I am using paytm merchant for receiving payment from customers. On 14th of march i have received 2000 rupees in 4 transaction which is supposed to be transferred toy account on 15th as per agreement. Even after 10 days amount is not transferred and paytm customer executives are disconnecting the call when asking the status about it. I have written a mail to paytm care and asking me to contact customer care executive. Now i am left with no options to reach paytm. When i googled about paytm complaints, hundreds of such issues are reported. Kindly look into it to avoid before more such incidents are reported. Was this information helpful? | |||
