On 01 Jan 2024 payment of 1033/- was made to Mobile Number [protected] from Paytm from my PPBL account UPI Ref:[protected] at 11.25 but the payment went to wrong person and wrong bank account . When the receiver complained about non receipt of payment again 1033 was made to Mobile Number [protected] from GPay from my PPBL account UPI Ref:[protected] at 11.49 and the payment reached the correct person PARULA KHATUN at Kotak Mahindra Bank. When the matter was taken up with Paytm they merely noted my complaint and replied that if the receiver returns the amount, same would be refunded to me. They refused to stop payment and said that it would take 35 days to get any resolution to the issue. How the payment to a mobile number has gone to different persons and different accounts? One was wrong and another was correct. Kindly issue suitable instructions to Paytm to refund 1033 at the earliest.
