Paytm Mobile Solutions — mobile recharge is in processing status

My order id [protected], [protected] to bsnl for mobile recharge thru wallet it's still in processing status for more than an hour. Kindly revert my money, i'm unable to cancel and unable to do other transactions also. I've contacted paytm hotline and there is no option to register complaint for mobile recharge issues and tweeted waited for more than hour and no response and finally posting here. Hope for the care on customer from paytm
