[Resolved]  Paytm Mobile Solutions — Mobile recharge unsuccessful but money deducted (order number: [protected])

Hi,

I recently made a mobile recharge of a particular amount through Paytm on 31st of March 2017.The amount was deducted from my account but the recharge was unsuccessful.The transaction status is showing "processing" and I am unable to cancel my transaction order even after 2 hours of the payment.

Please refund my amount if the transaction is not possible.
