I have mobile with two sim cards & both are active.l opened Paytm on both sim .
The first a/c is ok & is operative.
However when I transferred money from first a/c to my second a/c it was transferred but l am unable to operate it due to app problem which doesn't operate.Hence l am unable to use the amount .
In spite of trying all the ways l had sent e mails to support, they did replied once but my problem remains unsolved & l am frustrated trying 24×7 helpline which is the worst virtual system making fool of customer.
In such a scenario l don't know whom to contact & get solution. How they are behind curtains for customer complaint ?
