[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money debited but not added in my wallet | |||||
I was trying to add some money in my wallet on 10 December but all the transactions were failing. My number is [protected] Then few minutes later i got message from bank that the money has been debited as 10000/-, 5000/-, 5000/- Total 20000/- I contacted bank but they said they have released the payment to paytm and it can only be refunded by paytm. After sending so many complaints to paytm, i received a call from paytm that your amount will be refunded in 24 to 48 hrs. But now its been 13 days I think it's not upto the reputation of paytm. Dec 23, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved No its not resolved. I just received a mail stating that bank will return my money.
It seems paytm has become a fraud company now | |||||
