Not yet resolved the disputed amount of RS.399.00 which was deducted from my Paytm Wallet but not recharged to my mobile number. Please see the matter and refund the amount of RS.399.00 to my Paytm Wallet account.

I understand that you have recharged your account, but it is not reflecting in your account.
However, your transaction has failed and we have not got the money, your money will be refunded to the
bank/institution from where you tried to make recharge. You can contact your PayTm service center to confirm the same

Neither it is solved nor it the disputed amount is refunded to my Paytm Wallet account.

I tried to recharged my mobile with 549 but got a pop saying the transaction fail and the money will be refunded seeing this I checked my balance and say the my ac still wasn’t refunded. I really like paytm play look into this issue as soon as possible.
