Paytm Mobile Solutions — money debited for a failed upi transaction and not refunded | |||||
I made a UPI transfer to my friend on 9th of January for ₹1180 via Paytm Payments Bank savings account which was once failed and successful the 2nd time. But the money has been debited twice from my account. I tried to register the issue with paytm customer care and they assured me for the solution within 2 days. Since then I have called for the same issue for 5 times in the last 9 days and each time I've been just getting a complaint reference number and just an assurance that my money will be refunded in 48 hours. They are not taking it seriously and not providing me with any solution and my money is stuck with them. Kindly please help me with the issue as I am now irritated by their response.
