[Resolved]  Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money debited from paytm wallet but not transfer to merchant

I had made payment to flipkart through paytm wallet on 27 december and amount got debited from wallet but not transfer to flipkart .
Flipkart is saying that they didn't received money.

Please help to refund my money from paytm .

I had transfer my complaint to nodal officer and the complaint got resolved.
