Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money deducted even if SIP is stopped and still yet to get refund since 3 months

I stopped SIP still money got deducted from my account and I filed a compain in PayTm Money app. Its been 3 months still I am getting reply saying we are still working on your ticket.
