Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money deducted from account but recharge not come yet and money not refunded | |||
I did recharge of RS 402 on jio [protected] at 7 april 12:30am. 402 money deducted from my account but recharge not done and money not refund upto me. i called to paytm customer care but they didnt receive my call. i also did mail to the paytm but there is no reply. my Order ID IPT[protected]. register mobile numbar [protected]. please return my 402 rs immediately. I have made a payment in 29 march 23:54 pm to transfer money paytm to bank unfortunately payment was not successful from paytm side and till the time showing pending i have confirmed from bank they told bank did not receive any payment and they do not have any payment failed information. I got a call from paytm side and they told payment will refund within 12 days. Paytm is providing totaly worst service to customer. Just refund my money otherwise i will be on your other social media.
