On 13th october i added rs 5000 to my paytm wallet through my sbi debit card. It showed that paytm transaction has failed and hence no money was added to my paytm wallet but the same amount was deducted from my bank account and has not been refunded yet. Bank members told to talk to paytm customer service. I tried connecting to them but there is no help from their side. Do take strong action against such lack of giving proper service and fraud.
