On 04/03/2017 at 7:00pm i was adding rs5000 to paytm account no. [protected] (Order id's are [protected], [protected]) from debit card, the money was deducted from bank but paytm showed me error. Till now the money didn't reflected to my bank. I have raised my complaints to paytm many times but they closed the complaint without my consent. Bank said the money is with paytm and paytm said it is reflected to bank. I request paytm to provide me full transaction detail of order id's [protected], [protected] pls provide the failure transaction so that i may contact bank for the refund
*i repeat pls provide failure transaction of rs 5000 on 04/03/2017. Because whenever i say paytm to provide me detail they send me all successful transaction details and it misses the failure one so don't send without seeing. Atleast confirm the details before sending me something. It should be relevant atleast
