Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money deducted from my bank account and it is not showing in my wallet | |||||
On the day of seventh april, i transfered Rs 5000 from my bank account to paytm wallet but the transaction was not successful. hence i didnt find my money either in paytm wallet and as well in my bank account. i didnt get any information from paytm that money got stuck, i dont know where my money is, i tried to contact paytm customer care but no response from them. so please do consider my complaint and help me to find the solution Was this information helpful? | |||||

While ordering agreed to deliver to my address, after a week when I raised a query they turned the status to money refunded.infact till now I have not received the amount.and there is no number to contact them.all the customer care number are misleading.
