I transferred money from my bank account to paytm wallet for the order ID [protected]. Money has deducted from my bank account but nor added to my paytm wallet. Pytm says money has tranferred to your bank account but it's not. I even tried to call paytm customer care, but they are not responding to my calls. so, please take an action against it.
