Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money deducted from Paytm bank but not transferred to kotak bank

Dear sir,

I Sourav Mukherjee, My Paytm Mobile no. is [protected]. Yesterday I trasfer Rs. 6, 070.00 from my Paytm bank to my Kotak bank account, money deducted from Paytm but not reflected on Kotak bank account. Status still pending. Paytm customercare told me consult with Kotak bank customercare and Kotak bank customercare told me contact with Paytm customercare. I am totally confused. Please solve my issue urgently. I want my money as soon as possible.
