Paytm Mobile Solutions — money deducted from wallet but not reach to account

I send money to my bank account (Xxxxx3353) 23 jan, 2018 at 1:27 from my paytm wallet [protected] to am which confim on 25 jan, 2018... Wallet txn id...[protected]... But payment is not received to my account. My mobile number is kyc updated but i tried many time call paytm payment bank customer number [protected] but all the time i didn't talk to them. Computer generated reply by them is plz updates kyc and to receiving sms plz press 1.. I tried to send sms to paytm on email ([protected]@one97.com) but really is that the recipient box is full..
