Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money is debited from paytm acount but not credit in my bank account

I transferred money from paytm to My bank account of Rs. 11500 with transaction id ([protected]) and order id ([protected]) on 22nd december 2016. But its not reflected in my account. when i called a bank they are saying money is not credit in your account what would i do. Kindly help me out from this mess. and reply my soon. here i attach my account statement is well details given below;
