Paytm Mobile Solutions — money is deducted from bank account but not credited to my paytm account

I have made a payment of rs 2000 on 11th july 2017 towards paytm but my money was deducted from my bank account and it was credited to my paytm account. I have send an email to bank care they replied that the payment was successfully processed from us. I have send mails around 10-12 times but they didn't reply me the proper resolution. Kindly assist me on this.
