Paytm Mobile Solutions — money is not credited to my bank account from my paytm merchant account

There is 20000 rupees outstanding amount that has to be credited to my bank account from paytm merchant account.in general it will take 1 day to process the amount. It has be done by 19th march since i have done the transaction on 16th march. But still money is not credited to my bank account but showing as settled and it is not showing any utr num in website for settlement. Simply is it showing settlement is success. Normally it shows utr num for all settled transactions for reference

Seems paytm is doing something fraud. I have tried to call customercare. But there is not response from any number mentioned in the site.

Please look into this issue asap. And resolve the issue
