Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money not refunded against Failed Payment while amount deducted

I tried to book a ticket through Ixigo on[protected] using Paytm UPI. The amount was deducted from the linked Bank but the payment failed and the amount was not credited to Ixigo. Even after six months, the money has not been refunded back to my account by Paytm. Payment Details
