Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money sent to wrong mobile number | |||||
Hello sir, I have made a payment of ₹500 to a wrong mobile number [protected] via paytm. I have tried to contact this person but she refused to send the money back. What is the procedure to get my money back? Is there any legal procedure or it is something like i cannot get my money back. If it is so then you people need to develop some procedure to get back the people's money in case of wrong transfer as there's procedure to get back your money of they get transferred to a wrong bank account. I have transferred RS 700 from paytm to my bank on 6 th June 2017 but still now money was not credited to my bank account what's the reason ...
