[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money transferred but not credited | |||||
Recently on 15th dec 2016 transfered amount rs4990/- from my paytm wallet to another wallet with transaction i'd no: ([protected]) but till now the amount dint credited to the receivers wallet account. On the same day after the transaction i have complained regarding the issue [protected]@paytm.com but they dint responded properly. They gave an response as the transaction gets unsucessfull then the amount will be credited to the sender's paytm wallet after 48hrs but after completion of 20 days till now we dint received any kind of amount. Ihave received a call and provided me the instructions. Jan 06, 2017 Updated by Vyasvyas Below mentioned is the proof as the money transferred from my wallet to another but the receiver received a sms on his mobile through paytm that Rs4990/- have been added but the issue is the amount is not reflecting into the paytm wallet number [protected].Below attached file as the proof. | |||||
