Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money Transferred from PAY TM wallet to the source bank but dint received to the source bank | |||
PAY TM, Team, its been 8 days i have transferred the above Money from my Paytm Wallet to the source bank but its still pending and i have complaint so many time but no response either on Call or mail. the Wallet Transaction ID for the same is [protected] and bank Transaction ID IS [protected] but its not been credited to my account yet i have complained so many time on it but no response from your side on this neither customer is able to contact their customer care. and all the harassment Paytm give have to be answerable for it theyhave given me some reference number 75134836350016097661870 i have visited the PNB Branch as well as called on phone banking but as per them they have not received the money from PAY TM side you dont care about your customer i have done so many mails and calls but not received any response from your side. my login number is [protected] and contact number is [protected] also i am unable to compaint i think they have deactivated that service in my account Was this information helpful? | |||
