[Resolved]  Paytm Mobile Solutions — money was deducted from my account against failed transaction

I make a transaction in paytm of 50000/-. But the transaction was failed and money was deducted from my account.paytm said it will be refunded in 7-14 working days. 20 working days over still the money is not refund.please try to resolve as soon as possible.paytm query ref no:67200012 and SBI complaint ticket no:[protected]
