I had bought the wonder woman movie voucher on may 29th 2017, it was a couple ticket movie voucher.
I wanted to go for the premiere hence i wanted to pre-book it.
The pre-condition for the bookings are
* discounted promocode is valid till 30th june 2017.
* offer valid till june 2nd, 2017.
Pfa as the snapshot, where the error is displayed, i tried to book the tickets on 30th morning its self.
The error mentioned "the promocode is applicable only for wonder woman movie"
The crux of the matter is, i was booking for wonder woman movie itself, and there was only one theater & only one show, i tried booking since morning and all the seats were available.
I spoke to their customer care collectively for at least 2 hrs, on 30th may & even wrote them couple of emails.
-they called back and told that they`ll resolve the issue and call back, they never called back.
- they wrote back the email with the resolution on how to apply the code, but i explained them clearly that i had done the same way.
- they were not only clueless, but rude at times on resolving the issue.
- the customer executive understood the complaint but was unable to solve the issue, hence he passed it on the call to his supervisor, the supervisor had only one answer 'sir, it is based on terms & condition"to use it before june 2nd"
My problem was, the seats were full, and i had to book front row seats, if i had to book front row seats, why would i pre-book.
- they eventually did not pick up the call.
