Paytm Mobile Solutions — My amount is not credit in my account

I am hitesh kumar and i was transfer my 3000 rs in my bank account by paytm wallet on 11th may but till date paytm is not credit my account... I am inform to the paytm many time... But they are not give me clear answer... So please i request to you case to paytm and giving my amount... And i am attach my bank statement attachment
