I am tapas gorai. I have no paytm id. My mail ld tapas. [protected]@gmail.com. I was want to book a train sit from my friend irctc logging id in my mobile. I get the payment by net banking through irctc ltd (Paytm mobile solution). But train sit is not book and my money 751.5rs is cut from my account. Transaction id [protected]. Kindly refund my money asap.

I tried to book ticket through irctc using paytm wallet (I. E.21/12/2016) during booking process i made successful payment but irctc didn’t book ticket. I have checked and found that amount is deducted. Please Request you to please resolve this issue.irctc transaction id 100000688608614 and icici transaction id 1108665662. This is happen on 21 December 16 at arround 10pm
