Transaction ID:- [protected]
I transferred Rs. 5000 to the other Bank account but the transaction shows pending status and the amount got deducted from my Paytm wallet.
Then I transferred same amount again to the same account number and this time the transaction was successful. But the deducted amount is not refunded yo me yet even after 48 hours. Please find the attached screenshot of all the transaction details.
I received an email from Paytm asking me to contact Bank but it is not the issue with the bank, Paytm is responsible to give me money back to my wallet.
if you look at the below attached screenshot of the transactions done, you will find that first of all Rs 5000 was successfully added to Paytm wallet in Transaction
ID-[protected] and after that when I tried to transfer Rs 5000 to another bank account in transaction ID :- [protected], it failed and money got deducted. Therefore, money was basically deducted from Paytm wallet while doing the transaction instead of my bank account. So It is Paytm's responsibility to return the deducted money of sum Rs 5000.
