Paytm Mobile Solutions — My Payment balance of 4313 rupees is not transferred to my new Phone.

I have switched to new Phone and i was not able to login so i had to signup but my Payment balance is showing 0 in new Phone.

My old phone is having balance but i cannot transfer as it does not have a Mobile number in it. I have lost my Payment Balance.

I tried to contact paytm helpline so many times but they dont reply.

Pls guide me asap, my mobile number is [protected].
