User id-[protected], mail id - [protected]@gmail.com. While opening wallet and transferring money it is showing wallet is blocked and my merchant id is also blocked. I am trying to call to customer care number so many times but they are keeping call on wait and not responding. One more thing that i have communicated through mail but of no use and no response. I have requested to unblock my wallet and merchant but not yet solved and my query is not yet entertained. Really worst service. If this organisation has a lot of complaints and no customer satisfaction on this organisation then how come govt allowed to continue for payments bank. I will file a case if not solved as soon as possible.
