Paytm Mobile Solutions — My transaction is still pending

I have transfered 1500 rupees 2 days back by paytm wallet to my bank account which is still pending. There is no complaint number of paytm and they are not responding to online complaints. Thier customer care number are just for online transaction and nothing else if you try for complaining, then they give advice to register any complain by paytm app, to which they are not replying
