Paytm Mobile Solutions — My Wallet is continuously going into Credit Freeze even after submitting required documents.

I get Food Wallet amount credited by my company. But due to the credit freeze I'm not receiving this amount.

My name in PAN differs from Adhaar Card. Because PAN is taken before my marriage and Adhaar car after marriage. So, my surname differs in both, this is the situation of most of the women in India. Along with PAN, Adhaar I have also submitted my marriage certificate. Atleast after observing these documents the credit freeze should be lifted on my account.

I have raised number of tickets, but no use. I get the same robotic answer, please update your PAN details... Why don't the support team put some brain into their work and consider cases like this as valid.
