Paytm Mobile Solutions — No customer assistance for solving manual quieries | |||
I transfer a particular XX amount in payTM wallet, due to demonitization. Since i didnt find this App. helpful, so i requested to transfer the amount to my bank. I Gets a instant msg from Paytm saying the request to transfer your fund as been processed. The very next day i gets the email saying the transfer of the payment is made sucessfully. But i didnt find my XX amount Credited in my account. Even my bank executive are not aware about this transfer or any such transfer from Paytm. I trieded to reach paytm support team, but either i get to hear the number not available or follow the step as per the website. Will Paytm looks in to this matter and helps me to understand WHY my money is not credited yet. PLEASE REPLY TO IT ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||
