[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — No refund for failed payment | |||||
I have not received refund of my failed payment of metro card of rs.195 on dec14, 2016. I have heard this same problem of failed payment of metro card from many friends but none of them have got any response or refund from paytm. I have also sent many mails to [protected]@paytm.com but every time received same drafted auto reply mail nothing related to my problem.
